The Cart Rules section lets you configure different discount criteria that apply to your customer’s shopping cart. It includes two main options: Discount Type and Discount Value.
Discount Type (Percentage, Fixed and Fixed Discount Per Cart Item): #
Percentage Discount: Offers a discount based on a percentage of the price.
Example: 15% off the total cart value of $100, reducing the total to $85.
Fixed Discount: Provides a specific, fixed amount discount. For instance, $20 off a cart totaling $100, reducing the total to $80.
Fixed Discount Per Cart Item: Applies a specific, fixed discount amount to each item in the cart individually.
Example: $5 off every item in the cart, such as $5 off each “Winter Jacket” and “Boots.”
Discount Value: #
This field lets you specify and input the actual Discount Amount based on the selected Discount Type.
Hello, I set 5% off on $100 cart subtotal and 10% off on $250 subtotal. But even if my cart subtotal is $100 the 10% is applying. If I disable the 10% campaign, then the 5% campaign is working, but when the both campaign is turned on, only the 10% campaign works. Kindly let me know why this issue is occuring, is it a plugin bug or an issue from my end?
